Setup

The first requirement to connect to the Cliconnect network is a SIP compatible IP phone. You can find the best brands that we support here. If you don't want to use a device you can make calls using a softphone. You can then download a free soft phone, like X-ten or SJPhone

STEP 1

Configure the phone you are using. Follow the links to access the setup instructions for a particular device. Once configured, pick up the handset and you'll hear the dial tone indicating that you are ready to make calls..

STEP 2

Test the line making an echo test server as outlined below. Dial 600. You should hear an explanation of what the echo test is and then a beep. Say some words that should be repeated by the phone. If you can hear this echo the setup is completed, and you are ready to make and receive calls.
