X-ten X-Lite / X-Pro Setup

The lite version is fairly full featured. This is the quickest way to get up and running with Cliconnect's service until your hard phone arrives. You can download it here.

NOTE: Do not try to use the # key to send a call as it will be interpreted as part of the phone number. Use the green phone symbol or the enter key instead.


STEP 1:

Press the menu button (found to the right of the "clear" button in the middle of the phone).


STEP 2:

Follow the menu, click on: System Settings -> SIP Proxy -> [Default]


STEP 3:

You need to modify only a few parameters from the factory default. They are listed here:

Display Name: Enter your Full name, this will show up as part of your callerid.
User Name: Enter the phone number you chose when you signed up for Cliconnect service.
Password: Enter the password that you chose when you signed up for Cliconnect service.
SIP Proxy: sip.cliconnect.com
Domain/Realm: sip.cliconnect.com
Send Internal IP: Always.
Register: Always.

STEP 4

After changing the settings, close the menu window by clicking on the "X" button at the top right of the window.




STEP 5

Start Calling.
