1) Download the tool
    
2) Extract it. You can use Windows standard decompression, or Winzip or WinRAR programs. 

3) Before running the application please disable any firewall.

4) Install WinPcap from the same directory where you saved the file.

5) Run the setup.exe file (remember the directory you install the program in).

6) Run the program itself (purple icon). Choose all the option boxes in the program, to run all the tests, and press "Run test".

7) When asked if you wish to send the report by e-mail please choose "No".

8) The program will create a file called “report_##_##_##_##” (where the ## stand for date and time of the
    test you ran) on the same directory as you installed the program in (Usually C:\Program files\Client Info). This is the report file we need.

9) To get a capture file - click 'Capture Call', choose the active network adapter and filters and click 'Start capture',  make some test calls and then click 'Stop Capture' . A file with 'CA' extension will be created in the program folder.    Please attach this file to the ticket as well.
